Venecia: waiting for Aphrodite (three years of VaP.)

For: Javier Reverte (text and photo)
Venecia en invierno
They say that the goddess Venus-Aphrodite rose from the waters of the Mediterranean and the Greeks placed his birth in the southern Peloponnese peninsula. I think they were wrong: the goddess was born here, in Venice, and here it is again swallowed the sea when the waters devour this city born to die of a surfeit of beauty.

Jouni: Does the last Saami in Lapland?

For: Daniel Landa
Jouni: ¿el último saami de Laponia?
They say it is the first across the lake when it freezes and the last to go fishing before winter. They say they know until the last bend in the forest, who likes to disappear from time to time and has even had to deal with a bear.

For: Ricardo Coarasa (text and photos)
Prastgatan en Gamla Stan
At the top of the hill of Södermalm is my favorite place in Stockholm: the winding walk Monteliusvägen, who gives a great view of the city, and place conducive to hear promises of eternal love.

For: Israel Alvarado (text and photos)

Fuerteventura

Istanbul in three bites
For: Alex Zurdo (text and photos)

Comida Estambul
But if you eat it, seriously eating, I recommend that you forget these streets somewhat plasticized and its restaurants where, oh surprise, not find any Turkish, but only tourists. Places where menus are expensive, predictable and, too often, cooked without the main ingredient, love.

Naples: the world upside down
For: Israel Alvarado (text and photos)

Napoles
Neapolitan Rogues, versed in the performing arts, know how to lead the viewer to the collective catharsis and you do happen to you, pillín poor apprentice, by inappropriate and uncivil in the eyes of all.
