February is a strange. We're like in November: both are cold months, sometimes wet, rainy, unkind, no parties that rejoice. Of course we speak of our hemisphere. However, If the memory does not betray me, I think one month is February not too kind to many of the territories of southern Ecuador, because it brings endless rain and heat of oppression.
