Critical Vap: Since reading "The river of forgetfulness" I have an outstanding debt: make the same trip made in Llamazares 1981. The author describes a walking route which follows the course of the river Curueño, in the heart of the mountains Leon. "The unknown paths are the closest we have the heart", says in the book. Course, the text is full of guts and feelings, of an uninhabited area, teaches rural Spain in all its dimensions. The various meetings of the traveler with others, talks, the poetic and brilliant descriptions, loneliness ... I say I have an outstanding debt, book in hand, with a path traveled in the imagination a few years ago.
