The IATI Conference of the great trips returns to Madrid on days 1 and 2 April, to the auditorium of the IES Beatriz Galindo. Know the experiences lived by the hands of its protagonists, learn from their experiences, discovering their tricks and enjoying listening to dozens of traveling anecdotes are the objectives of the IATI Conference on great trips. The Conference is held from 2013 Madrid, from 2015 also in Barcelona and in 2016 Seville joined. In these years they have gathered hundreds of globetrotters, consolidating itself as the reference event for travel lovers.
This year they arrive with an incredible poster of globetrotters who will tell their experiences to those who come to the Auditorium of the IES Beatriz Galindo in Madrid. They can meet the Zapp Family, an Argentine family that leads 17 years traveling the world aboard his car 1928. They have not only driven 300.000 kilometers around America, Oceania, Asia, Africa and, now, Europe, They have also seen their four children born and grow up during this journey.

Due to its approach and theme, it is a unique event that aims to show that great trips are not the exclusive province of anyone. A great family trip: 17 years in a car 1928
Herman and Candelaria Zapp wears 17 years traveling the world in his car Graham Paige from 1928. This has been his means of transport during his journey of more than 300.000 kilometers in which they have traveled America, Oceania, Asia, Africa and, now, Europe. They are fulfilling their dream of knowing the whole world.
During these years traveling they have seen their four children born in four different parts of the world: Pampa in EE. UU., Tehue in Argentina, Pigeon in Canada and Wallaby in Australia. The four have joined the itinerary and together with Herman and Candelaria form the most famous Argentine traveling family.
In sum, its 17 years of adventures, learnings and experiences whose last lines will be written in our continent. Plan to travel through Spain and then visit Holland, United Kingdom, Italy and Greece. Although with this family of adventurers there can always be surprises!!

Hitchhiking alone from Argentina to Colombia
Andrea Bergareche undertook alone the route that connects Argentina with Colombia in the year 2015. With his tattoo machine in his backpack, embarked on a seven-month route in which he met Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador. After losing his job in a multinational, Leyre decided to invest his compensation in knowing the world. He started his route in Bangkok and headed to Myanmar to return to Thailand and continue through Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. He concluded the first part of his trip in Indonesia, visiting Bali and Flores. Were 100 days when she was in awe of the surroundings down to the smallest everyday details. He interrupted his trip for a few days to celebrate Christmas in Madrid and then went to Brazil, where he spent two months visiting the country. From there he flew to Israel, where he spent almost a month before returning from a life-changing trip.

Fabian went around the world on a motorcycle between 2010 and 2012, adventure that he shared in the first edition of the Conference of great travels (May of 2013).

Paula finished her architecture degree at 26 years and with a very unattractive professional outlook, he decided to start a trip without a return date. In 2014 began his journey of crossing the Atlantic by boat.
After 16 days of crossing he arrived in the Caribbean and then headed for a backpacking route for a month through Central America. To continue pursuing his dream of knowing the world by boat, worked on a sailboat that departed from San Blas (Panama) and he spent a year knowing the world from the sea. Vicente and Marián are a couple of inseparable travelers who have driven in their own jeep to countless corners around the world.
