The river of deception

Where in Southern Patagonia was beached the boat of an old engraving? What intrepid sailor took advantage of this estuary to repair your boat and, passing, explore the river in search of an Andean lake that never saw? The travel writer Gerardo Bartolome made the same route. He did manage to see the lake. I will in a week in VaP..

La Gomera: the well and last prayers of Christopher Columbus

London: Churchill's cave

The Cabinet War Rooms were commissioned in June 1938, transforming a former underground storage to 10 meters deep in a bunker against bombing. The visit may be the facilities as they were after the war ended in June 1945. Some areas that can be visited are the rooms of the Churchill, control rooms or PBX.

Pashupatinath: the river of the dead

Kneeling, head down, man waits patiently for his head shaved, a rite de duelo Hindu. His late father is now a handful of ashes, in the waning fire, about to join the current holy Bagmati River.
